1. Who we are

2. The service

ToolStudio provides online tools to convert and process files (for example Figma, Illustrator, EPS, SVG, images and QR codes). Some are free with limits and others require a subscription.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You can ask for your account to be deleted by writing to legal@toolstudio.es.

4. Free trial and Pro subscription

• Each tool includes a limited free trial. After that, a ToolStudio Pro subscription is required.
• ToolStudio Pro costs €1.99 per month. It renews monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. There is no minimum term.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change the price with reasonable advance notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
• As this is a digital service delivered immediately, by subscribing you agree to its immediate performance. If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to legal@toolstudio.es, unless you have already used the service, in which case the proportional part consumed will be deducted.

5. Your files

• You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the results.
• You state that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights or the law.
• You authorize us only to process them to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal content, malware, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not try to overload, attack, mass-copy or bypass the limits or security of the service.
• Do not use automated systems to access the service without our permission.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Quality of results

We do our best to make conversions accurate, but formats (especially Figma, Illustrator and EPS) are complex and some elements may not be reproduced exactly. Always check the result before using it in professional or print work. Test QR codes before printing or distributing them.

8. Availability and liability

• The service is provided “as is”; there may be interruptions for maintenance or other reasons.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.
• Keep copies of your original files. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
• Nothing above limits the rights the law gives to consumers.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, brand and code belong to the owner or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. We will publish the current version with its date and notify you of important changes. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
