Frequently Asked Questions
Which image format is best for a website?
WebP and AVIF are much lighter than JPG and PNG at the same quality, and current browsers support them. Use PNG only when you need transparency with very sharp edges, and JPG for maximum compatibility.
Does compressing an image lose quality?
It depends on the quality you choose. Between 75 and 85 the difference is usually invisible and the file is much smaller. The preview lets you compare before downloading.
Can I process many images at once?
