Which URL tool to choose
To share a clean link, Remove UTM parameters strips utm_source, fbclid or gclid without touching the rest, and Clean URL also extracts the real address from Google, Facebook or Outlook redirects. To measure campaigns in Google Analytics, build the links with the UTM builder.
If a link does not go where it should, Check redirects shows each hop with its 301 or 302 code, and Expand short URL tells you where a bit.ly or t.co link goes without opening it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does removing UTMs break the link?
No. UTM parameters only measure where visits come from; the page opens the same without them. The tool keeps the other parameters the URL actually needs.
What is the difference between a 301 and a 302 redirect?
A 301 is permanent: it tells search engines the page has moved for good. A 302 is temporary. For SEO, a page that has changed address should use a 301.
Is it safe to open a short link?
You do not always know where it leads. Expand short URL shows you the final address and domain before you open it, so you can decide whether to trust it.
